Please send us an inquiry to email@example.com with wholesale in the subject line and have your business address and EIN (FEDERAL TAX ID) handy.
We will ship all orders with a tracking number within 48 hours on a business day M-F (excluding Federal Holidays).
In order to have a refund issued tracking an order number must be given so that we can confirm delivery status.
If tracking number shows delivered, no refund will be given; if non-delivered, refund will be processed minus the shipping charge incurred.
Please include your FULL address including unit numbers to help USPS/UPS/FedEx deliver your orders.
We process refunds once we receive the item back in perfect, new and sealed condition.
In the extremely rare case that USPS/UPS/FedEx destroys your order due to employee carelessness we have three options:
1. show us a picture of the damage and file an insurance claim with USPS/UPS/FedEx.
2. show us a picture of the damage and get a follow-up order resent.
3. show us a picture of the damage and get a refund to compensate for the part of the order that was damaged.
A refund will not be granted for the reason "this product moved slower than expected in my store."
By purchasing with a credit card you agree to waive your right to a chargeback and agree to work with the vendor on any open concerns.
What data do we collect?
We may automatically collect information which alone cannot be used to identify you when you connect to or use our website.
